Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe basic matters such as rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Member and the Company in using the Internet service provided by the Inspectorate (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
1. The term “member” means a customer who accesses the service, agrees to the terms and conditions and the guidance on collecting and using personal information, obtains a subscription approval, and receives an ID and password (PASSWORD) to use the service of all channels, such as the web and mobile.

2. The term “ID” means an ID selected by the member and approved by the company for the identification of the member and the use of the member’s services.

3. The term “password” may be set by combining English characters, numbers, or special characters set by members themselves to protect their information.

4. The term “operator” means a person selected by the company for the overall management and smooth operation of services.

5. “Suspension of service” means suspension of service provision for a certain period of time according to certain requirements set by the company during normal use.

6. “Content” means any service provided by the Company.

7. The term “service” means the Internet site (https://) service on which the “company” provides information to “members”.

Article 3 (Effects and Changes of Terms and Conditions)
① These terms and conditions take effect on all members who wish to use the service.

② The contents of these terms and conditions take effect when the member signs up for the service or notifies the member by other means, and the member who agrees to do so subscribes to the service.

③ The company may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and if the terms and conditions are amended, they shall be notified in the same manner as in paragraph (1) seven days before the date of application of the revised terms and conditions. However, any important changes in the rights or obligations of members shall be notified 30 days before the application date.

④If the terms and conditions are changed, the company notifies users of the changes and details of the terms and conditions, and if the user does not explicitly express his or her intention to refuse to change the terms and conditions by the application date of the changed terms and conditions, the company shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms and conditions, and the company shall not be liable for any damage to the user caused by not knowing the information about the changed terms and conditions.

Article 4 (External Rules)
Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by relevant laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and detailed guidelines for the use of services separately set by the company.

Article 5 (Construction of a contract for use)
If the customer pays a fee for the collection and use of the terms and conditions and personal information, it is considered to agree to the terms and conditions.

Article 6 (Application for Use)
An application for use shall be submitted by recording the ID, password, and other items deemed necessary by the customer on the user registration screen of the “site” on the application form for subscription.

Article 7 (approval of application for use)
①The company may consent to an application for the use of the service to a customer who has applied for use by accurately stating the matters prescribed in Article 6.

②The company’s acceptance of the membership application is considered when a web browser stating that membership has been registered is opened, or when log-in is possible on the system.

Article 8 (Restriction and Withholding of Acceptance of Application for Use)
① The company may not accept applications falling under any of the following subparagraphs.

1. If you wish to use this service for an illegal purpose

2. In the case of a false application when registering a user, such as the use of another person’s real name or the use of another person’s name

3. In the case of an application by omitting or omitting the user registration matters

4. Where an application is made for the purpose of hindering or hindering social order or beauty and customs

5. Where a person has previously lost his or her membership pursuant to Article 25 (2): Provided, That this shall not apply to cases where a person who has been approved to rejoin the company more than one year after the loss of the same qualification has passed.

6. Other application requirements set by the company are not satisfied

② The company does not accept applications for use by children under the age of 14.

③In any of the following cases, the company may withhold consent to the application for use until the reason is resolved, and the reason is notified on the website.

1. If there is no room for facilities

2. If there is a technical or business disruption

3. If other companies are deemed necessary

Article 9 (Change of contract matters)
① Members shall modify the changes made at the time of application for use through the website.

② If the matters described at the time of application for use are changed, or if you want to change the contents of the service, payment method, payment method, etc., members of the service will modify them online in the relevant menu.

② The user shall be responsible for any problems arising from the member’s failure to amend paragraphs 1 and 2, or any problems arising from false changes.

③ In any of the following cases, the company may restrict the use of the member’s ID ex officio or change the ID at the request of the member.

1. If the ID doesn’t like the wind and the wind

2. If the ID is likely to infringe on the privacy of the member

3. If there are other reasonable reasons

Article 10 (Start of Service Use)
① The company starts the service from the time the member’s application for use is approved. However, in the case of some services, the service starts from the designated date.

② If the service cannot be started due to a business or technical obstacle of the company, it shall be notified on the site or notified to the member.

Article 11 (Time of Service Use)
① In principle, the use of the service shall be 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, 24 hours a year, but the service may be suspended for business or technical reasons of the company, and the service may be suspended for a period determined by the company for operational purposes. In such cases, the company shall notify it in advance or afterwards.

② The company may divide the service into a certain range and separately determine the available time for each range, and in this case, announce the details thereof.
